Sahin, the MD of Turkish refrigeration and air conditioning equipment manufacturer Friterm, was elected for a second term at Eurovent’s 62nd AGM in Braga, Portugal, on Friday.
Naci Sahin is going to be supported by Luca Binaghi – commercial director of Italian manufacturer Sabiana – who has been elected first vice-president of the board of directors. Further Board members, among them many new faces, are: David Jacobs (BAC, Belgium), Eric Jasikas (UTC, France), Henk Kranenberg (Daikin, Netherlands), Karen Anne Mølgaard Sibbernsen (Novenco, Denmark), Mika Halttunen (Halton, Finland), Mikael Börjesson (Swegon, Sweden), Pedro José Pereira Sousa Lapa (EVAC, Portugal), Raul Corredera Häner (Systemair, Spain), Torsten Sondergaard (Fläkt Group, Germany/Sweden), Uwe Sigloch (Ebm-Papst, Germany).

In addition, the association’s general assembly adopted a new membership structure. The new structure enters into force on 1 January 2020.
