San Román appointed director general of AFEC

SPAIN: Marta San Román has taken over as director general of the Spanish air conditioning manufacturers’ association AFEC.
She replaces Pilar Budi who has retired after more than 40 years with the association – the last seven as director general.
Marta San Román joined AFEC last year as deputy director from Spanish heating manufacturer Orkli. Prior to that she spent seven years at Honeywell where she led the EMEAI refrigerants marketing team and was five years at Ingersoll Rand, latterly as marketing director EMEIA.
