Slovenia is 21st EU member to ratify

SLOVENIA: Ratification of the Kigali Amendment to phase down HFCs by Slovenia brings the total number of EU countries to have signed to 21.
With Slovenia becoming the 63rd country to ratify, of the European member states only Cyprus, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania and Spain remain to sign.
