Vietnam ratifies Kigali

VIETNAM: Following approval by government resolution on September 4, Vietnam has now officially ratified the Kigali Amendment to phase down HFCs.
Vietnam becomes the 82nd country to formally ratify the Kigali Amendment, which was adopted by 197 countries in 2016. Under the agreement, countries commit to cut the production and consumption of HFCs by more than 80% over the next 30 years.
