Welcome aboard the Cooling Post

14360843_mNeil Everitt Studio PortraitsAs the Cooling Post launches, editor Neil Everitt explains the rationale behind the new website, the opportunities it provides and offers some thanks.

I would like to say a big thank you for all the messages of support and encouragement we’ve received, to our launch sponsors and all those who’ve had the confidence to back this project. I would also like to thank Aztech Media for bringing this website to fruition. I really couldn’t have done it without them.

This website is by no means the finished article but there comes a time when you must launch the ship. The first class cabins may not be completely finished but hopefully the rivets are all in place and the vessel will float.

Over the coming weeks and months we will be adding refinements, more content and features, while keeping you abreast of all the latest news affecting our industry.

But to do that we need your help and involvement. This is also your website. We need you to keep us up-to-date with all your latest news. This does not need to be in the form of an official release – just give us a call. Particularly in these trying financial times, the Cooling Post can provide you with a vital but extremely cost-effective means of reaching your clients and prospective clients. Use it.

We will also be looking for help with, or the provision of, informative, thought-provoking, interesting or just plain entertaining articles of interest to our readership. Just give us a call or email us your suggestions.

Do you have something you need to get off your chest? A comment on a current aspect of the industry? Let us know. Your concerns could be brought before a much wider audience.

Please bear in mind as well that this is not just a UK website. While by its very nature we are likely to be somewhat UK-centric, we welcome news, comments and developments from all over the world. The challenges we face in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry here in the UK and Europe are the same challenges that are, have been, or will be faced all over the world. Together we can find a solution.

The accountant also wants me to point out that there are also opportunities to advertise. The beauty of this website is that a package can be tailored to your exact requirements, target audience and budget. Give us a call to discuss – you might be surprised at how cost effective it can be.

And don’t forget to subscribe to the weekly newsletter. It costs nothing, is easy to unsubscribe in the unlikely event that you do not find it of interest and we will not share, sell or rent your information to any third party. More importantly, newsletter subscribers will receive unique content and soon to be added optional features to keep you ahead of your competitors.

Please, have a look around and come back regularly to check out all the latest content.
