Kobol units for fast cooling and freezing

SPAIN: The new Kobol range of blast freezers from the Kgroup offers fast cooling and freezing capabilities in a range of capacities.

The main advantage of the new Kobol range is said to be the fast cooling and freezing process which produces the formation of much smaller ice crystals. The company says this allows the food cells to be preserved in a far more effective way as they retain their original properties much better when they are defrosted.

Nineteen models are available in capacities from 10kW up to 100kW.
