Mirai Intex develops propane turbo compressor

CZECHIA: Mirai Intex haș announced the introduction of the first oil-free propane turbo compressor.

Describing it as a “significant leap” in compressor technology and a landmark moment in the company’s history, Mirai Intex’s says its turbo compressor on propane is unique in the world and sets new standards in the industry.

Available in two sizes, the MT230 and MT350, with capacities of 65 tons and 100 tons, respectively, are designed for commercial and industrial chiller applications.

The oil-free operation eliminates the risk of system pollution, improving energy efficiency, reducing capital costs and minimising service requirements. The compressors are said to be designed to last 20 years without the need for maintenance or intervention.

In addition to increased efficiency, the turbo propane compressor technology is said to ensure vibration-free operation and extremely low noise levels compared to competitive technologies.

Gas dynamic bearings developed by MIRAI Intex specialists are said to ensure stability in the event of power outages or sudden power failures.

Mirai Intex is gearing up for large-scale manufacturing. Orders open at the end of the third and beginning of the fourth quarter of this year. Companies interested in co-operation are invited to submit requests and offers to sales@mirai-intex.com.

Mirai Intex was founded in 2015 in Switzerland. The company’s activities are managed from its office in Vienna and executed at its manufacturing facility in Brno in the Czech Republic.
