Sanhua VSD for larger-scale applications

SPAIN: Sanhua has launched the SD2 VSD variable speed drive designed for commercial and industrial HVACR systems.

The SD2 supports systems up to 60kW heating and 45kW cooling, bringing variable speed technology to larger-scale applications.

Adapted for A3 refrigerants, the new VSD is compatible with natural refrigerants such as CO2 and propane, and said to be optimised for use with heat pumps, air conditioning, refrigeration racks, and condensing units.

All SD2 drives are tested in Sanhua’s TÜV certified laboratory, and support numerous hermetic BLDC compressors, with each drive pre-configured for the compressor and application.

Units are said to be fully plug-and-play, with customisable heatsinks and easy serviceability.
