Stulz adds R454C to CyberAir data centre range
20th May 2025
GERMANY: Mission critical air conditioning specialist Stulz has introduced the CyberAir 3PRO DX GE4(S) range with lower GWP A2L refrigerant R454C.
The latest addition to Stulz’s GE series, the unit is available in three sizes with capacities from 24kW to 71kW.
With the use of a flammable A2L refrigerant, Stulz has certified and tested the new model to be permanently leakproof, with its optimised design also said to prevent refrigerant build-up within the unit. Despite this, two explosion proof gas sensors have also been included within the housing and the control cabinet to continuously monitor refrigerant concentration. If elevated levels are detected, the system automatically shuts down all electrical components, except the fans, and triggers an alarm.
Aware of the importance of user friendliness, the Stulz E² touchscreen control system aids intuitive operation. Already used across the CyberAir Mini series, the E² control system has been further optimised for the new range with support for extensive interfaces and protocols including Modbus RTU, BACnet IP, BACnet MS/TP, HTTP and SNMP.
Finally, extensive equipment options are said to ensure optimum adaptation to individual customer requirements.
