Superheat control made easy

DENMARK: Danfoss’ EKE 315 superheat controller is said to offer efficient installation with quick setup that reduces downtime and labour costs.

The use of an intuitive wizard streamlines the commissioning process, making it user-friendly and straightforward, Danfoss says. Operating with a single 24 V AC or DC supply simplifies electrical requirements and ensures compatibility with existing systems and expansion valves like AKV or AKVA solenoid coils.

Built for robust industrial use, the EKE 315 features precise control via 4-20mA analogue input and output. Communication is facilitated through Modus RTU RS 485.

Equipped with advanced control algorithms, the EKE 315 includes modulating thermostat (MTR), minimum stable superheat (MSS), LoadApp for load-defined superheat, and suction pressure optimisation.

The CoolConfig PC tool enhances project management by allowing replication of settings across multiple units and simplifying documentation.
