Skills Alliance announces London meeting

UK: The next IOR Industry Skills Alliance event has been scheduled for 24 September at the London South Bank Technical College.

Launched earlier this year, with its first event held in April, the Industry Skills Alliance is intended to be a collaborative forum to ensure training provision is aligned with real industry needs.

The September event will include an update on the impact and progress of the group to date and updates from sector groups future actions.

Keen to ensure the agenda reflects the industry’s priorities, challenges and opportunities, input is invited on emerging skills needs, workforce challenges or areas that the Alliance should explore. 

Relevant organisations and individuals are also invited to contribute to the event, whether through speaking, sharing best practice, showcasing an initiative or supporting the wider conversation around skills and talent.
