Airedale to become Keysource supplier

ecofrisHRUK: Continuing to bounce back from its recent fire, Airedale has signed a deal to become a supplier to leading UK data centre design and build specialist Keysource.

Drawing on its experience as a designer, manufacturer and supplier of chillers, precision air conditioning and IT cooling systems, Airedale will become the manufacturing and development partner for Keysource’s Ecofris cooling solution.

Employing a water cooled chiller for high ambient and a dry cooler with adiabatic for free cooling, the Ecofris system combines through wall airflow and ceiling return with integrated pressure and temperature controls.

Eecofris is already installed in multiple locations throughout the UK with some of the most well-known UK companies and US-based technology businesses benefitting from its unique approach.

Airedale says that this agreement will allow Keysource to ramp up the development, manufacturing and testing of the design, delivering a quicker and more standardised solution to the customer.

Keysource md Mike West said, “We have been driving hard for the past six years to deliver high performance data centres and Ecofris has been a key component of that approach. Having developed the solution this far we wanted a leading UK-based manufacturer who shared our commitment to high quality engineering and could support our expansion and increased demand for Ecofris.”
