Birmingham venue for ACR Today awards

acr today awardsUK: ACR Today is to repeat the awards ceremony it first held in London in 2012.

Birmingham Town Hall is the chosen venue this time for the second National Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Awards, which will take place on Thursday, May 15th 2014.

The event will again be themed. This time evoking the decadence of the roaring twenties. Guests will be encouraged to enter in to the spirit and dress to capture the heady and evocative atmosphere of that era.

The National Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Awards have the backing of the British Refrigeration Association and HEVAC and are sponsored by Bitzer, Dean & Wood and UR Refrigeration Wholesale.

The award categories for the 2014 National ACR Awards are:

• Best retail project
• Best commercial project
• Best end user
• Top contractor
• Top consultant or specifier
• Air conditioning product of the year
• Refrigeration product of the year
• Best marketing campaign
• Environmental champion
• Best training provider
• Wholesaler/distributor of the year
• Phil Creaney ACR Award
