Book early for BESA’s Covid-19 update webinar

UK: The Building Engineering Services Association (BESA) is advising early bookings for its highly informative Covid-19/Coronavirus update webinars, which begin again on Monday.

The daily webinar series, led by BESA CEO David Frise, has become the leading and most valuable resource for all those involved in the UK building services sector, providing important updates from informed sources, and answering questions related to day-to-day operations during the crisis. With regular input from head of Refcom Graeme Fox the webinars are also of great specific interest to the air conditioning and refrigeration sector.

In addition to the latest the latest Covid-19 update, Monday’s webinar will have as a special guest Professor Noble Francis, economics director at the Construction Products Association, discussing the potential economic and construction impacts of the coronavirus.

The webinar begins at 12.00 midday if you wish to listen and participate live. Register here.

Friday’s webinar reached its sell-out 500 attendee limit, although over 650 registered, so early booking is advised. Thankfully, the webinars are recorded and can be accessed at any time via BESA’s recently added Covid-19 website pages. The webinars are open to all.

With so much uncertainty and misinformation in the market, BESA has received praise from across the UK industry for taking this leading role during the crisis.

The website itself contains a vast amount library of information including up-to-date news, guidance documents and FAQs.

The website can be accessed here.

Although, naturally providing preference to its members, any queries from UK non-members are also welcomed by emailing COVID19@thebesa.com. BESA says it will endeavour to provide a response as soon as possible.
