CCS takes majority stake in Europe Air Conditioning

UK: Suffolk based air conditioning and refrigeration contractor Climate Care Solutions (CCS) has become the majority shareholder in Europe Air Conditioning (EAC).
Founded and incorporated in 2006 and based in Bingley, West Yorkshire, EAC designs, installs, repairs and maintains heating and ventilation systems, operating across the UK. The lengthy client list includes companies in the healthcare, leisure, education, construction, retail and transport sectors.
This latest move by Climate Care Solutions follows the acquisition last year of East Anglia-based Sapphire Cooling Services.
“Climate Care Solutions is committed to building a network of specialist businesses with shared values – technical excellence, customer focus and a drive for sustainable progress,” the company said in a statement.
“EAC brings a wealth of experience, a reputation for quality and deep industry knowledge, all of which align perfectly with the ethos at CCS. Together with Sapphire Cooling, this marks another key step in our mission to deliver best-in-class service to our ever expanding portfolio of customers.”
Climate Care Solutions also said that it expected the partnership to open the door to new opportunities for collaboration, innovation and growth.
