Diversitech moves to new 6,500m2 facility

UK: DiversiTech International has now officially begun operating from its new purpose-built head office and distribution centre in Nottingham.
The new facility on the 48-acre PowerPark Nottingham development marks a major expansion of the business to serve its HVACR markets nationwide.
At 6,500m2, it is more than double the size of its former office and warehouse in Glaisdale Drive, Nottingham, which it had occupied since 2004.
The new facility includes an additional 790m2 of floor space across two mezzanine floors. A specialist three-tier shelving system offers 1,200m2 of shelf space, with racking for 5,000 pallets.
The new building also includes over 745m2 of tailored offices with meeting rooms and breakout spaces.
The former Pump House business became part of the DiversiTech Group, a leading US manufacturer and supplier of HVACR components, in 2016.
The company sells to over 40 countries globally and currently has over 2,200 products in its HVACR and renewables portfolio.
