Eaton-Williams switches divisions

EW-logoUK: Eaton-Williams Group is now part of Nortek Global HVAC in Europe following a re-structure of business segments by parent company, Nortek Inc.

The group was formerly part of Nortek Air Solutions, a division made up primarily of US brands.

The alignment with Nortek Global HVAC is said to provide a stronger platform for Eaton-Williams to be a greater player in the market. Eaton-Williams md Ian Sams explained that there are considerable synergies between the other businesses in Nortek Global HVAC Europe operationally, and in the markets they all serve.

“Being a part of Nortek Global HVAC in Europe, signals the start of an exciting new chapter,” he said. “We can leverage our combined strengths to deliver a more focused approach to delivering air handling solutions in our key markets. Our mission is to continue creating innovative products that are competitively priced, whilst delivering great customer service,” he added.

Founded in 1936, Eaton-Williams will be celebrating its 80th year in the HVAC industry in 2016. Eaton-Williams is a best known for its Edenaire, ServerCool, EWS, Moducel and Vapac brands.
