FEM is sole distributor of Manitowoc

UK: Foodservice Equipment Marketing (FEM), a distributor of Manitowoc ice machines for many years, has now taken on sole distribution rights for all equipment and parts in the UK and Ireland.
Manitowoc Ice is a leading US manufacturer of ice machines. FEM, based in East Kilbride, has been supplying foodservice products since 1993.
“We are excited about strengthening our relationship with Manitowoc Ice,” commented Jim Doherty, sales director at FEM.
“We have been associated with Manitowoc Ice for 18 years and this new sole distributor agreement means we have the opportunity to continue to sell Manitowoc ice products to foodservice and refrigeration equipment distributors and dealers throughout the UK and Ireland.”
The new agreement takes effect from January 1.
