FETA rejoins Eurovent
5th October 2026
UK: The Federation of Environmental Trade Associations (FETA) has rejoined Eurovent, the European HVACR manufacturers’ association it left more than 20 years ago.
The UK umbrella body represents sector organisations including the British Refrigeration Association and HEVAC and provides the secretariat for the heat pump association HPA UK.
FETA chief executive Chris Yates said that FETA was rejoining Eurovent at an important time for the HVACR industry. “Strong cooperation between UK and European associations is essential as our sector responds to changing regulation, new technologies, and the transition to a more sustainable built environment,” he said.
FETA represents more than 400 manufacturers, suppliers, installers and contractors across heating, ventilation, building controls, refrigeration and air conditioning.
With the addition of FETA, Eurovent now brings together 18 national HVACR associations from across Europe. It also includes 158 European manufacturing companies as corresponding members, and 14 associate members, representing associations of engineers and consultants, exhibition organisers, laboratories, universities and software providers.
Eurovent was founded in 1958 in Paris and represents more than 1,000 companies.
