Hisense signs first distributor in UK

Bublshop MD Richard Barras (left) seals the deal with Kevin Lucas of Hisense HVAC UK.

UK: Air source heat pump distributor, Bublshop, has become the first UK distributor to sell products from Chinese manufacturer Hisense.

Based in Gillingham, Dorset, Bublshop has been distributing air-source heat pumps and other sustainable heating solutions across the UK since 2013. Other manufacturers represented include Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Stiebel Eltron, Hitachi and LG.

The deal was signed with with Hisense HVAC, the heating and air conditioning arm of Hisense, which operates across Europe, primarily in Italy, Germany, Spain and France.

Bublshop will stock the full range of Hisense Hi-Therma monobloc ASHPs and can usually make next day, on-site deliveries. These include monoblocs running on R32 with capacities from 4-16kW.

All Hisense ASHPs are MCS-certified by Keymark and meet Ecodesign efficiency requirements.

“The addition of an entirely new range of ASHPs to the UK market brings more choice at a wider range of price points for our network of approved, MCS-certified heat pump installers working across the country,” said Bublshop MD Richard Barras.

“Bublshop are an ideal match for Hisense HVAC as they have an established record in the supply of heat pumps and can provide both pre and post-sales support,” added Hisense HVAC UK operations manager Kevin Lucas.
