Mitsubishi to sponsor PGA golf tournament

UK: Mitsubishi Electric is to be the official cooling and heating partner at the forthcoming BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth.
The partnership includes branding on key holes around the course at Europe’s flagship golfing tournament, which takes place from May 22-25. The company will also be showcasing its Ecodan renewable heating system with its dedicated display vehicle.
As official cooling and heating partner, Mitsubishi Electric joins Rolex, Emirates, DP World and Hugo Boss as one of the tournament’s marquee partners.
Mitsubishi Electric Europe will also participate in the Pro-Am, held on the eve of the tournament.
“The partnership with the BMW PGA Championship gives us a fantastic opportunity to showcase our brand to a huge audience, both at the course and watching on television,” explained Mitsubishi Electric Living Environmental Systems commercial director, Donald Daw.
