Panasonic named as one of the best places to work

UK: Panasonic Heating & Cooling UK has been named amongst the the UK’s best workplaces for development.

The list is produced annually by Great Place To Work, the global authority on workplace culture which values companies making employee development a key part of company culture.

Panasonic Heating & Cooling UK has achieved number 52 on the Best Workplaces for Development list of 100 companies in the medium category for companies with 51-200 employees.

“Our commitment to developing the skills and progression of our employees is a valuable strength that bolsters the collective success of our company. This award is a testament to our employees, and their invaluable contribution to create a positive and supportive work environment,” commented John Kellett, Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions’ UK and Ireland country manager.

To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development list, Great Place To Work reviewed each company’s culture, benefits, approach to leadership and development, alongside anonymous responses from employees. These data insights are then used to benchmark each company’s employee value proposition against the culture employees actual experience.

Panasonic’s inclusion on this exclusive list officially acknowledges the ongoing commitment to development, innovation and employee growth. Over the past 60 years numerous new benefits, procedures and policies have been introduced to solidify the commitment to employee development including their wide range of internal training courses exclusively offered to employees.

This is the second listing for Panasonic Heating & Cooling this year. In March, the company achieved the number 98 position on the overall Best Workplaces list.
