Shepherd appointed Worcester Bosch CEO

UK: Jo Shepherd, sales and marketing director at heat pump manufacturer Worcester Bosch, has been appointed CEO to succeed Carl Arntzen.

Arntzen will be retiring from the business after almost 40 years, since joining the company in 1984 as one of its first interns. He succeeded Richard Soper as CEO in 2015, having held a number of national and international roles across sales, marketing and service. 

Shepherd joined Worcester Bosch in 2022 with over 20 years’ experience driving growth for brands including Bosch Home Comfort Group, Groupe Atlantic, and Smith+Nephew. She was named on the Women in Leadership Power List 2024.
