Starring role at Cooling Industry Awards

UK: Star Refrigeration has had seven entries shortlisted for this year’s Cooling Industry Awards.

The entries from the Glasgow-based refrigeration company cover five categories: Retail Initiative, Refrigeration Product of the Year (system/system improvement/standalone), RAC Contractor of the Year (Over 100 Employees), Low Carbon Achievement and Environmental Collaboration of the Year.

While Mitsubishi Electric has five shortlisted entries and Airedale, four, the total of 90 shortlisted entries is significantly down on last year’s 133.

The 17 categories, two down on last year, cover every aspect of air conditioning and refrigeration, from products and components to applications and projects. This year, reflecting industry themes, there’s even a Diversity Impact Award.

The awards will be announced on September 25 at The Hilton, Park Lane, London.

The full list of shortlisted entries can be found here.
