Wave in line for 3 IIP awards

UK: Wave Refrigeration has been shortlisted in three categories at this year’s Investors in People (IIP) Awards.

The Yorkshire-based refrigeration engineering consultancy is in line for awards as Employer of the Year (Silver Status 0-49 employees) and for Social Responsibility. In addition, company founder James Bailey has been shortlisted in the Leader of the Year (up to 250 employees) category.

Established in 2015, Wheatlands Aire Valley Engineering (Wave) Ltd provides independent and impartial design and project support consultancy services. With its head office in Cross Hills, near Keighley, Wave is unique for a UK based refrigeration consultancy in also having an office in Trivandrum, India.

Investors in People is the UK standard for people management. Wave achieved accreditation in December 2019.

The winners will be announced in an online event on November 24.
