Chloe Jennings: winner of the Best Practice Mastery category

EUROPE: Chloe Jennings, an apprentice with UK contractor Delta T Refrigeration, has won this year’s RACHP Best Practice Mastery category of the Women in Cooling Video Competition.

Hannah Romberg, Katharina Breuer, and Anna Halle of RWTH Aachen University won the RACHP Design Excellence category.

Organised by World Refrigeration Day and the European contractors’ group AREA, the Women in Cooling Video Competition aims to foster inclusion and diversity in the cooling sector, with a particular focus on encouraging more women to pursue and thrive in careers within the RACHP field.

According to the organisers, this year’s competition attracted inspiring entries from across the continent. A panel of 12 judges carefully evaluated 11 entries across the two categories.

The successful entrants were:

The first-place winners in both categories will receive a cash prize of €1,000 donated by World Refrigeration Day.
