Adamczyk joins Honeywell board

darius-adamczyk_large-jpgUSA: Honeywell’s president and COO Darius Adamczyk has been elected to the company’s board of directors.

Previously president and CEO of Honeywell’s Performance Materials and Technologies division, which includes its refrigerants business, Adamczyk was promoted to his present position in April and takes over as CEO from David Cote in April 2017.

Cote will continue as executive chairman of Honeywell until the company’s annual shareowners meeting in April 2018.
