Carrier’s BMS business acquires Texas dealer

USA: Carrier’s building-management solutions company, Automated Logic Contracting Services, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire its Texas-based dealer Logical Solutions Inc (LSI).

In a statement, Automated Logic said that LSI’s proven expertise in mission-critical environments enhances its ability to deliver solutions for intelligent, autonomous and efficient buildings by accelerating digitally connected solutions and increasing customer proximity across the lifecycle. The acquisition extends Automated Logic’s network across the Americas.

According to Carrier, this latest acquisition follows that of another of its Texas-based agents, Control Consultants & Services Inc, a purchase they’d seemingly omitted to announce.
