Armacell signs Russian distribution deal with Thermaflex

RUSSIA: Insulation manufacturer Armacell is to cease production at its Russian facility after signing a distribution deal with Dutch high-end PE and pre-insulated piping solutions manufacturer Thermaflex.

As part of the agreement, Thermaflex will operate as the exclusive distributor for Armacell in the Russian Federation. The agreement will initially run for a five-year term with multiple extension possibilities.

“Our customers will benefit from a combined elastomeric and thermoplastic product offering and enhanced customer service levels. Going forward our elastomeric products and accessories will be manufactured through Armacell’s European production network,” said Armacell Group president & CEO Patrick Mathieu.
