Aspen Pumps buys Henry Group Industries

UK: Aspen Pumps Group has announced the acquisitions of refrigeration components manufacturer Henry Group Industries, Belgian recycled rubber construction materials specialist RubberGreen and Brazilian refrigeration components company Forming Tubing.
In a scant LinkedIn post announcing completion of the deals, Aspen Pumps said of the three companies: “Together, they deepen our refrigeration expertise, expand our manufacturing capabilities and extend our global footprint – including our first operational presence in South America.
Established in the USA in 1914, Henry Group moved its corporate headquarters to Hong Kong following its acquisition by Hendricks Holdings in 2005. The company also has operations in Australia, China, Singapore, the UK and USA.

RubberGreen was established in 2009 and operates its primary production and research facility in Frameries, a municipality of Wallonia in the province of Hainaut, south west of Mons. Its recycled rubber products include anti-vibration mounts and acoustic insulation.

Forming Tubing do Brasil Industria e Comercio Ltda operates from headquarters in Sao Jose dos Campos, around 90km north east of Sao Paulo. The company was established in 1993 and specialises in the manufacture of tubular components for the refrigeration and air conditioning sector.
