Beijer Ref makes two new acquisitions in Oceania

SWEDEN: Wholesaler Beijer Ref has made two further acquisitions in Oceania, acquiring Auckland-based HVAC supplier Clima Solutions and Patton Albury, an HVACR wholesaler based in Albury, Australia.
Clima Solutions is a distributor that provides chillers, associated equipment and industrial applications to the HVAC market. Its range of products offered includes Rhoss chillers and Ability Projects fan coil units. Established in 2004, Clima Solutions achieves annual sales of around US$3.9m. The company will be integrated into Beijer Ref New Zealand.
Beijer Ref has also concluded the acquisition of the outstanding 40% of shares in Patton Albury.
Patton Albury was established in 2010 as a joint venture with Patton Australia, a subsidiary of Patton, the New-Zealand-based wholesaler acquired by Beijer Ref in 2015.
Amongst a wide range of products, it supplies Panasonic, Gree and Mitsubishi Electric air conditioners. Annual sales are around US$3.3m. The company will be integrated into Beijer Ref Australia’s current organisation.
