Bluu Unit acquires Irish contractor

GERMANY/IRELAND: The Bluu Unit group of refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation firms has acquired the Irish contractor Tech Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
The latest investment expands Bluu Unit’s European presence after acquisitions of German contractors KKL Holding, ACI Group and Heuberger Kälte Klima.
With this transaction, Bluu Unit says it has the clear objective of anchoring and actively advancing its expertise in natural refrigerants, while expanding its capabilities in data centre solutions.
Based in Dublin, Tech Refrigeration and Air Conditioning specialises in refrigeration and air conditioning with a nationwide service network and extensive expertise in the application of natural refrigerants. It employs around 70 people.
