Carel Q2 sales increase to €158.8m

ITALY: Controls company Carel has reported a Q2 sales increase of 9.4% to €158.8m, compared to 2024, equivalent to an 11.3% rise at constant exchange rates.

Consolidated EBITDA was €58.3m, up 9.5% compared to the first six months of 2024, representing 19% of revenues.

“The results achieved in the second quarter of 2025 are a particular source of pride,” commented group CEO Francesco Nalini. “This milestone confirms the solidity of our operating model and the group’s ability to deliver value even in a complex macroeconomic environment.”

The company is Sia to have witnessed a marked recovery in the HVAC segment in Q2, particularly driven by demand in commercial air conditioning and visible signs of improvement in the residential sector (heat pumps) in the EMEA area.

There was also a strong recovery reported in the APAC region and a continuing positive trend in North America.
