Carrier acquires Toshiba distributor in Benelux

BENELUX: Carrier has completed the acquisition of Intercool, the authorised distributor of Toshiba HVAC products in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Intercool has been the exclusive authorised distributor and importer of Toshiba HVAC air conditioning and heat pumps since 1973. Carrier’s purchase follows its acquisition of the former Carrier Toshiba joint venture business in 2022. 

With its team of 42, Intercool will continue to operate as a dedicated sales organisation within Carrier Climate Solutions Europe, supporting the development of Toshiba HVAC solutions in the Benelux market.
