Caverion expands ACR competence in Austria

AUSTRIA: Building services company Caverion Österreich GmbH has expanded its refrigeration and air conditioning capabilities through the takeover of Austrian contractor Climacraft. 

Founded in 2006, Climacraft is a company specialising in the sale and installation of tailor-made air conditioning systems. The company has 11 employees and is based in Traboch, Styria, 50km north-west of Graz.

The company was acquired as part of an asset deal but the purchase price was not disclosed.

Caverion Österreich GmbH is part of the international Caverion Group, which will soon be combined with the Assemblin Group to form the Assemblin Caverion Group. Caverion has locations in ten countries and together with the Assemblin Group about 21,900 employees, including over 1,000 employees throughout Austria.
