Wolfgang Zaremski, president of VDKF, said he saw the membership of ASERCOM as a great opportunity: “We are now able to make heard the voice of the German refrigeration and air-conditioning industry on the European stage. Thus, we can actively shape the future of the industry in Europe.”
Claude Blanc, president of ASERCOM is convinced that cooperation is a win for the entire refrigeration and air conditioning industry: “The VDKF is one of the leading industry associations in Germany. The insights from trade, industry and trade which we can draw now, will enable us to better represent our industry at a European level,” he said.
Formed in 1962 and an established member of the European contractors’ group AREA, the VDKF has 900 member companies, representing more than 20,000 employees and a turnover of about €3.2bn per year.
