CoolSys acquires Michigan contractor
17th December 2019USA: CoolSys, the US group of refrigeration and HVAC companies, has acquired Tech Mechanical, a provider of commercial HVAC and refrigeration services serving Southeast Michigan.
This is said to be the first of two acquisitions CoolSys plans to close this week.
Tech Mechanical was founded in 1983 by Michael Curi and is based in Pontiac, Michigan. It serves a wide range of clients, including property managers, building owners and facility managers for commercial and industrial buildings.
