Copeland acquisition advances AI strategy

USA: Copeland has entered into an agreement to acquire Bueno Analytics, an Australian company seeking to transform building performance with AI-driven insights.

Bueno specialises in SaaS solutions that leverage embedded AI and machine learning to deliver building analytics, energy management and operational efficiency across commercial buildings and the cold chain.

The company’s platform is said to be already deployed across several thousand customer sites worldwide, providing broad connectivity, full portfolio visibility and critical operational insights.

Copeland maintains that the integration of Bueno’s platform with its own deep domain expertise will deliver a powerful suite of capabilities, including predictive maintenance, energy management, leak detection, workforce efficiency tools and advanced analytics.

This acquisition is seen as strengthening Copeland’s aftermarket portfolio with an AI‑driven analytics solution designed to optimise building operations, deliver measurable performance improvements and support customers in meeting their sustainability goals.
