DiversiTech acquires thermostat maker Cielo

USA: HVACR component manufacturer and supplier DiversiTech has acquired one of its US suppliers, the Washington-based smart thermostat manufacturer Cielo.
DiversiTech took on the exclusive distribution of Cielo’s smart HVAC controls at the beginning of this year. This included the Cielo Breez Max and the Breez Edge Pro products, designed to enhance energy efficiency and provide seamless climate control across HVAC systems, including both ducted and ductless units.
Established in 2014, Cielo’s products have earned industry recognition by taking home coveted awards like the AHR Expo Product of the Year 2023 for Cielo Breez Max. Cielo has been named twice on the Inc 5000 List of America’s Fastest Growing Companies. In addition, Deloitte also recognized Cielo as North America’s Fastest-Growing Technology Company, and Newsweek named it among America’s Best Home & Garden Brands.
