ITALY/NEW CALEDONIA: Commercial refrigeration equipment manufacturer Epta has acquired Sofrico, a contracting company based in New Caledonia in the South Pacific.
Described as a market leader in design, sales, service & contracting of systems, cabinets and coldrooms for commercial and industrial refrigeration, Sofrico’s acquisition further expands Epta’s presence in the Asia Pacific Region.
