Epta hosts CO2 technology webinar

ITALY: Epta is to host a webinar illustrating the results of the Life C4R project to demonstrate the feasibility and efficiency of innovative technological solutions for the commercial refrigeration sector.

Life-C4R is the international marketing project co-financed by the EU and part of the European LIFE Programme born to promote natural refrigeration and help replace HCFC and HFC refrigerants with transcritical CO2.

The Life-C4R project is a three-year (2018-2021) international marketing project that, thanks to Epta’s FTE Full Transcritical Efficiency system, will substantially contribute to replacing HCFC and HFC refrigerants with CO2 in commercial refrigeration, in a very simple, efficient and reliable way in any country, with any external temperature, allowing 10% energy and 20% installation and maintenance savings.

EPTA and its project partners EPTA IBERIA and DAAS, Epta’s Romanian subsidiary, will put in place technical and marketing/dissemination activities related to refrigeration systems based on CO2 to achieve such goals.

The conference that will be held on July 1 at 15.00 (CET) will provide extensive information regarding FTE and ETE technologies, as well as data about seven pilot projects in Italy, Spain and Romania with feedbacks from customers.

Participation is free of charge and the conference will be in English. Live translation in Italian, Spanish and Romanian will be available.
