FINLAND: Indoor climate company Halton Group has agreed to acquire the French air conditioning contractor Diffus’Air.
Established in 1996, Diffus’Air is a privately-owned company located in Gondecourt, south west of Lille. and near Halton’s French factory. Its operations are currently focused in Paris and Northern France. Diffus’Air’s annual turnover is approximately €4m, and operates with a staff of 20 and a further 20 subcontractors.
