HVAC drives record bookings for Trane

IRELAND: Trane has reported record bookings in the second quarter of this year driven by its commercial HVAC business.

In what Trane Technologies chair and CEO Dave Regnery described as “another outstanding quarter”, bookings were up 39% on 2025, reaching $7.8bn. Driven by its Americas commercial HVAC business, organic bookings were up 37%. Americas Commercial HVAC was also the main contributor to a record backlog of $12.1bn.

Reported revenues were $6.4bn, up 11%.

“Our Americas Commercial HVAC business delivered a standout performance, with bookings growth of 50% and organic revenue growth in the low teens,” Regnery commented. “With continued strength across commercial HVAC and improving residential and transport dynamics, we are carrying solid momentum into the second half of the year.”
