Koelplan acquires majority stake in All Climate BV

NETHERLANDS: Dutch air conditioning contractor Koelplan has acquired a majority stake in All Climate BV, a specialist in climate solutions based in Eindhoven.

This acquisition expands Koelplan’s branch network to eight,  strengthening its strategic presence in the Eindhoven region and surrounding major cities such as ’s Hertogenbosch, Tilburg, and Helmond.

Active in the Eindhoven area since 2003, All Climate is a specialised installation company in both residential and commercial markets. It offers design, installation and maintenance on air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and air handling units.

Daily operations will remain under the leadership of founders Jeroen de Jong and Bas van de Wiel.

Koelplan was founded in 1995 by Remco Dusschooten. It is backed by Viessmann Industries Holding GmbH as a minority shareholder.
