Last call for papers on HFO refrigerants

UK: Abstracts of papers exploring the application of HFO refrigerants are still being sought for a major conference on these low GWP refrigerants.

The UK’s Institute of Refrigeration, which is organising the conference on behalf of the IIR, is seeking presentations of original research or technical developments and their applications. Typical themes would include HFO characteristics, system design issues, safety, legislation, codes of practice and standards, responsible use and environmental considerations.

The conference will also accept papers that include comparisons with other low and moderate GWP fluids such as R32, ammonia, CO2 and hydrocarbons.

Deadline for abstracts is October 2.

The event will take place at IET Birmingham Austin Court between 2-5 September 2018.
