Liechtenstein becomes 103rd to ratify Kigali

LIECHTENSTEIN: The Principality of Liechtenstein has become the 103rd country to ratify the Kigali Amendment.
Under the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol, countries commit to cut the production and consumption of HFCs by more than 80% over the next 30 years.
