Lloyd Coils to change name

CZECH REPUBLIC: Lloyd Coils Europe is to change its name to LEEL Coils Europe.

The move follows the sale by parent company Lloyd Electric & Engineering Ltd of the group’s retail division, which is focused on white goods and LCD televisions. An important part of the transaction is the assignment of the Lloyd trademark to new owner Havells India Ltd.

As a result, the parent company will be renamed renamed LEEL Electricals Ltd and Lloyd Coils Europe, with its HQ in the Czech Republic and offices in the UK, Germany and France, becomes LEEL Coils Europe.
