Lowe to offer Pastorfrigor cases in US

USA: Lowe Rental, the UK-headquartered global commercial refrigeration and catering equipment solutions provider, will now be distributing Pastorfrigor refrigeration cases to the US grocery and retail market.
The new distribution partnership with the Italian commercial refrigeration manufacturer will see Pastorfrigor’s sustainable refrigeration options beingoffered through Lowe’s Refrigeration as a Service (RaaS) model. RaaS enables retailers to pay only for the duration equipment is needed, with maintenance, servicing, and installation included.
Under the new partnership, Lowe will distribute a range of remote and plug-in refrigeration units, including remote CO₂ cases rated for high-pressure applications (up to 80bar), modular R290 multidecks and reach-ins, and a complete line of R290 and CO2 specialty and service cases
According to Lowe Rental, yhe collaboration will support retailers in making strategic upgrades, including replacing HFC systems, rapidly launching micro-fulfillment centres with minimal disruption, phasing out end-of-life assets and locking in capital and operational cost certainty.
