Lu-Ve to build new €5m US plant

ITALY/USA: Lu-Ve is to build a new €5m plant for Zyklus, the US heat exchanger business it acquired last year.
The Jacksonville Economic Development Commission (JEDCO) and the City of Jacksonville, where the current factory is located, are said to have approved an incentive package that will lead to the construction of a 2,300m² manufacturing facility in Jacksonville’s Norman Industrial Park and the free of charge of land of about 80,000m².
Lu-Ve CEO Matteo Liberali described the transaction as very important for the group’s international growth in general and in the United States in particular.
Established in 2008, Zyklus was acquired last July. It specialises in the production of exchangers for the commercial refrigeration, refrigerated transport and air conditioning sectors.
