RUSSIA: One person was killed yesterday as a result of what is reported to have been a refrigerant cylinder explosion.

Russian media reports say the explosion occurred at the Russian Academy of Sciences building in Moscow. Reports are confused but it appears that the refrigerant cylinder explosion occurred while maintenance work was being carried out on the cooling system for the building’s computers.
